About The Position

The Township of Pine Community Center is hiring Splash Pad Attendants to help oversee safe, fun, family-friendly use of the Splash Pad and Splash Pad Pavilion. This role supports daily operations by monitoring guest activity, enforcing rules, assisting with check-in procedures, and helping maintain a clean and safe environment. Pay: $12 per hour Hours: Part-Time Hours, Up To 28 Hours Per Week Shift: Monday - Sunday; Variable Hours; Holidays Anticipated Start: Mid-May 2026 Duration: Up To 16 Weeks; Summer Seasonal; Mid-May through Labor Day Disclaimer: This job posting has been modified to indicate the general nature and summation of essential duties and responsibilities of work by an employee within this job title. Requirements

• 15 years old upon hire date
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
• Acceptable clearances
• CPR and First Aid Certified (or able to obtain at orientation)
• Requires siting, standing and walking, including wet areas, working outdoors during the summer in all-weather elements, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Remains alert with frequent interruptions

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and manage admission/check-in procedures
• Monitors Splash Pad and Pavilion activity and enforce safety rules
• Provides respectful, customer-service-centered communication with guests of all ages
• Maintains cleanliness of the Splash Pad and Pavilion (litter/debris removal, basic cleaning, organizing)
• Assists with pavilion rentals and special events as needed
• Completes incident reports and communicate concerns to leadership
• Follows emergency procedures, including weather-related evacuations
• Supports opening and closing procedures
