Per Diem How You'll Contribute : As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Spiritual Counselor works under the supervision of the Clinical Manager and is responsible for providing spiritual support to patients and families consistent with the patient/family's wishes and belief system. The chaplain is responsible for implementing and coordinating the provision of spiritual support to patients and families in accordance with the hospice plan of care.
