In this hands-on role, you'll help bring delicious products to life by accurately preparing ingredients and supporting our production process. Whether you're working with dry or wet ingredients, your precision and teamwork will help us meet quality standards and keep our operations running smoothly. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing or food production, especially with ingredient prep
  • A strong understanding of food safety practices (GMP, PPE, etc.)
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Weigh and prepare ingredients with accuracy, following recipes and production schedules
  • Track and handle ingredients using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices
  • Partner with shift coordinators to align on daily production goals
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Complete in-process quality checks and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly
  • Be flexible with scheduling-overtime and weekend availability may be required
