Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
Must have the ability to read, write, and preform simple math calculations to accurately measure correct amounts of ingredients.
Basic computer skills, job requires operating a computer and a tablet computer.
Great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
The ability to follow safety standards in an industrial kitchen.
We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions.

Responsibilities

Weighing out spices according to recipes in a timely manner to support daily operations of the kitchen
Maintaining spices on a FIFO basis
Completing necessary batch paperwork with accuracy for each batch
Maintain proper identification on all ingredients
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly spice room environment following company policies
Conduct a weekly rotating spice inventory by Friday of each week
