About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team. Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to speech therapy practices.
Experience in pediatrics or working within a school setting is preferred.
Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with speech and language delays.
Understanding of anatomy and physiology as it relates to speech production and language processing.
Excellent patient assessment skills to identify individual needs effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to create a supportive environment that fosters patient engagement in the therapeutic process.

Nice To Haves

Experience in pediatrics or working within a school setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, and social communication skills.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Educate patients and families about speech therapy techniques and strategies for continued improvement at home.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
