About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Therapist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and providing therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency needs while collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Active Arizona Speech Language Pathologist License
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience (entry-level candidates welcome)
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language screenings and evaluations
- Develop treatment plans and provide direct therapy
- Assist with IEP development and documentation
- Collaborate with staff and families to support student progress
- Participate in professional development and MIPS as directed
