Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health (Part-Time) Location: Dublin, Ohio About Aspire Home Healthcare For over 28 years , Aspire Home Healthcare has been dedicated to one purpose — putting patients first . Position Summary We’re seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Home Health team in the Dublin, Ohio area. The SLP will assess, plan, and implement speech therapy services to help patients achieve their highest level of independence and communication ability in the home setting.
Requirements
- Active Ohio SLP license
- Minimum 1 year of SLP experience (home health preferred)
- Physical exam within 6 months prior to first patient contact
- Current TB test (within the last 12 months)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to attend 1-day orientation at our Dublin office

Responsibilities
- Provide effective patient care using approved techniques and procedures
- Evaluate patient’s condition, functional level, and therapy goals — maintaining accurate records
- Develop and carry out individualized treatment plans in coordination with the care team
- Provide therapy services as outlined in the Plan of Care
- Assist patients and families with home programs and adaptive equipment recommendations
- Document all visits, progress, and discharge summaries in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Communicate and collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services , nurses, and physicians to ensure coordinated patient care
- Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and adjust treatment plans as needed
