Your responsibilities include: 🌟 Performing evaluations and developing personalized plans of care 🌟 Completing OASIS/PPS‑compliant assessments 🌟 Creating safety plans with families and caregivers 🌟 Partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams 🌟 Delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based SLP therapy 🌟 Educating patients and caregivers on home‑based therapy programs 🌟 Documenting care accurately and timely 🌟 Providing compassionate care in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment 🌈 Ready to Shine?
