Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Indiana
  • At least 1 year of clinical SLP experience
  • Commitment to home‑based care
  • Reliable transportation + valid driver's license & insurance
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and safely support patient mobility

Responsibilities
