About The Position

Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Are you passionate about helping others find their voice and improve their quality of life? We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to lead our Speech Therapy Services in a skilled nursing facility setting. You’ll plan, organize, and direct therapy in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, working closely with residents, families, and care teams to ensure the highest level of care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university
• Licensed SLP in good standing in Ohio
• Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) from ASHA
• Direct care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents based on physician orders and ASHA guidelines
• Document progress and communicate with families and care teams
• Provide staff training to support therapy goals
• Ensure compliance with therapy standards and regulations
