About The Position

Provides Speech Therapy evaluations and treatments to appropriate patients to facilitate their return to prior level of functioning as prescribed by physician. Requirements

• Master 's Degree in communicative disorders.
• No prior experience required .
• State of Iowa licensure or temporary clinical license
• Mandatory Reporter, BLS, FIM.
• Valid IA driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) (required if working in Speech Therapy or Contract Therapy )

Nice To Haves

• Certification by the American Speech-Hearing Association preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops treatment plans for patients.
• Administers treatment techniques competently.
• Communicates relevant patient information.
• Provides education to patients and families.
