Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, completion of supervised clinical experience, and state licensure or certification. Salary: commensurate with experience Period of Employment: Beginning mid/end January 2026 Reports to: Director of Special Services/Elementary Special Education Supervisor Position Expectations: Assist speech-language pathologists in conducting screenings or assessments of language, voice, fluency, articulation, or hearing. Under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist, conduct therapy in the areas of receptive and/or expressive language, articulation, fluency, augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) and oral motor skills. Collect and compile data to document student's performance or assess program quality. Document student's progress toward meeting established IEP goals. Perform support duties such as preparing materials, keeping records, maintaining supplies, and scheduling therapy sessions. Prepare charts, graphs, or other visual displays to communicate student's performance information. Select or prepare speech-language instructional materials. Other duties as directed by the Director of Special Services and Elementary Special Education Supervisor.
