The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) engages in the professional practice of communication and swallowing. The SLP recognizes the needs, abilities, values, preferences, interests of individuals and families to whom they provide clinical services, as well as, integrates those factors along with best current research evidence in making clinical decisions. The SLP provides individualized evaluations, treatment plans, family education and training, as well as, staff education and training to meet the communication and swallowing needs of their patients and families. In cooperation with other local leaders, offers exceptional care following the Shriners Children's FOCUSED Program, a system-wide model for professional practice that stresses and emphasizes patient-centered care, or always putting the needs of the patients (and their families first). Shriners Spokane is looking for a Speech- Language Pathologist to join our team! Schedule: Part time FTE 0.5 (in person) The pay range for this position is $36.17/hour - $54.25/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
