About The Position

Sunflower Development Center is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as a Temporary or Interim SLP Supervisor. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys leadership, mentorship, and program support and is looking for a short-term or flexible supervisory opportunity. This position will support our pediatric speech program during a transitional period and focuses on clinical oversight, supervision, and collaboration, rather than maintaining a full caseload.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Massachusetts SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Pediatric experience required (early intervention and/or clinic-based)
• Strong communication, organization, and mentorship skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to SLPs and CFs
• Support clinical quality, documentation, and treatment planning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (ABA, OT, Admin)
• Assist with program continuity, training, and clinical guidance
• Support compliance with state licensure and professional standards
• Serve as a clinical resource during program transitions
