About The Position

Cross Country Education is looking for a vibrant Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our collaborative team for the '25–'26 school year. If you’re ready to turn therapy sessions into breakthroughs, your next great adventure starts here! Position Overview: Provide speech-language services to PreK-5 students in individual and small-group settings, supporting communication growth across two elementary locations. Implement treatment and therapy plans designed by the supervising Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). Collect and report data on student performance during therapy sessions, reporting progress and observations to the supervising SLP to inform ongoing treatment decisions. Participate in the Extended School Year (ESY) program during July to help students maintain communication skills and prevent regression over the summer break.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged children (PreK-5) with various communication disorders (Preferred)
Responsibilities
