Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients using evidence-based diagnostic tools and techniques Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each child's specific needs, abilities, and family circumstances Provide high-quality therapy services using innovative, evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, educators, and specialists to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care Educate and empower parents, guardians, and caregivers by providing clear guidance on home-based strategies, exercises, and techniques to support progress Maintain accurate, detailed, and organized patient records, progress notes, and treatment documentation in compliance with regulatory standards Stay current with the latest advancements, research, and best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology and integrate new techniques into clinical practice Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic services and outcomes Ensure full compliance with all relevant accreditation standards, licensing requirements, and healthcare regulations Foster a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment that supports the emotional and developmental needs of patients and their families Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs and therapeutic priorities
