About The Position
Join Cross Country Education as a Speech Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CF) and help make a real impact on students' lives for the '25-'26 school year in Philadelphia, PA! Position Overview: Deliver full-time or part-time direct therapy to students with diverse communication needs and disabilities, including those with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication disorders. Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine eligibility for speech language services, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide progress monitoring reports. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other specialists to create and implement an inclusive, student-centered approach to therapy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (Required)
- Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist and Audiology License
- Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with elementary-level caseloads and knowledge of IEP processes (Preferred)
