Speech Language Pathologist Full-Time

Independence RehabEverett, WA
1d$55 - $65Onsite

About The Position

Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our team at Everett Transitional Care Services and Bethany at Pacific, two programs located in the same building in Everett, WA. Everett Transitional Care Services is the Transitional Care Unit (TCU), while Bethany at Pacific serves as the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - giving you the opportunity to work across a full continuum of post-acute care without bouncing between multiple locations. Whether you're a new grad looking for strong mentorship or an experienced SLP looking for autonomy and a sustainable caseload, this is a great place to grow and stay long-term. If you're looking for a SNF/TCU role with stability, strong support, and protection from unrealistic facility pressure, this is a great fit. Independence Rehab is a small, therapist-owned company that manages therapy operations independently - meaning we advocate for our clinicians and value strong clinical judgment. What Makes Independence Rehab Different ✅ Low DOR / management turnover (stable leadership) ✅ Strong corporate involvement + personalized support ✅ Therapist-owned = real clinical understanding ✅ Your clinical judgment is respected (autonomy matters here) ✅ Flexible productivity expectations (realistic and sustainable) ✅ Flexible working hours - family-oriented and balance-focused ✅ Protection from facility pressure - we advocate for our therapists ✅ Highly rated contracted therapy company with strong outcomes and reputation ✅ We run our own operations separate from the nursing side of the building Training + Onboarding We don't believe in the "sink or swim" approach! New therapists receive: Strong integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed
