About The Position
Path2Staff Solutions, LLC is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students improve their communication abilities.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) candidates welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and campus teams to support student success.
- Attend and contribute to ARD/IEP meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech language pathology
