About The Position
We’re hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapy services to clients across pediatric and adult populations. This role combines assessment, treatment planning, individualized therapy, and family/caregiver collaboration to support communication, swallowing, and cognitive-communication goals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC-SLP certification from ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligible for CFY
- Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in practicing state
- Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) and teletherapy platforms

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions in outpatient and/or telehealth settings
- Monitor client progress, document therapy sessions, and adjust plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals
- Educate clients and families on strategies to generalize skills outside therapy sessions
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain compliance with state licensure, insurance, and company policies
- Support CFY supervision if applicable
