About The Position

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, provides comprehensive in-home and clinic-based therapeutic services for children and young adults. Our teams of compassionate pediatric experts help children with medically complex, developmental, behavioral, educational, or other needs learn the skills they need to thrive. We offer physical, occupational, speech-language and feeding therapy, as well as augmentative and alternative communication. Clinic-Based Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Join our brand-new clinic and help children find their voice, build communication skills, and thrive! We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric SLP to provide in-clinic therapy, supporting children with speech, language, feeding, and social-communication needs. You’ll work in a collaborative environment featuring multiple dedicated therapy rooms, iPads for point-of-care documentation, and a fully equipped kitchen designed for feeding therapy—giving you the space and tools to deliver high-quality care. Schedule Options: Morning/Day Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM After-School Shift: 2 PM – 7 PM

Requirements

  • Current TX Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Pediatric experience preferred (clinic, school, or clinical rotations)
  • Experience or interest in feeding therapy preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, feeding, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in private therapy rooms to support focused, effective sessions
  • Utilize the feeding therapy kitchen to assess and treat feeding and swallowing needs
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to ensure meaningful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using company-provided iPads
  • Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to promote carryover at home
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary clinic team to deliver coordinated, holistic care
