About The Position

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinic-based team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and committed to supporting each child’s ability to communicate effectively in the clinic setting. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply! Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid Maryland Speech-Language Pathology License.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write formal diagnostic reports.
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
Consult and collaborate with families to support student communication needs in the clinic.
Document and track student progress toward goals.
Support literacy, social skills, and language development initiatives.
Supervise and support other clinicians.
Provide training and resources to staff regarding communication disorders.
