Speech Language Pathologist Full-Time

Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist for Bethany at Silver Lake in Everett, WA: Minimum three years' experience is required. New therapists receive: Amazing integration and onboarding 1:1 training for documentation and evaluations Customized clinical training based on your experience Ongoing mentorship and competency support when needed What You'll Do As the SLP , you'll treat a geriatric population in a SNF setting, including: Dysphagia evaluation and treatment Cognitive-linguistic therapy Communication and language interventions Patient/family education Treatment of clinically complex patients Discharge planning and care coordination Collaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff
Requirements
- Current Washington SLP license in good standing
- Minimum three years' experience
- Degree from an accredited SLP program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
