JOB SUMMARY The speech-language pathologist specializing in voice and upper airway disorders is responsible for the comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex laryngeal and respiratory conditions. This role requires clinical expertise in behavioral voice therapy and respiratory retraining techniques, as well as proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as videolaryngostroboscopy. The clinician collaborates closely with laryngologists and other interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. The position demands strong communication and interpersonal skills, clinical documentation accuracy & efficiency, and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
