About The Position

Independence Rehab LLC is actively seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our experienced therapy team at Everett Transitional Care Services in Everett, WA. In This Role, You Will Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents Design, monitor, and adjust care plans to ensure the best clinical outcomes Collaborate with facility staff and the interdisciplinary team to support overall patient care Provide expertise in dysphagia assessment & interventions Deliver voice, communication, language, and cognition interventions

Requirements

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington
  • A clinician with strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly
  • Organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative care environment
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Nice To Haves

  • Prior SNF or geriatric care experience preferred (but not required)
  • CCC's preferred - but we also welcome CFY applicants, with supervision resources available
