About The Position

Independence Rehab LLC is actively seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our experienced therapy team at Bethany at Pacific Everett, WA.

Requirements

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of (State)
• A clinician with strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly
• Organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative care environment
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Nice To Haves

• Prior SNF or geriatric care experience preferred (but not required)
• CCC's preferred - but we also welcome CFY applicants, with supervision resources available

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents
• Design, monitor, and adjust care plans to ensure the best clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with facility staff and the interdisciplinary team to support overall patient care
• Provide expertise in dysphagia assessment & interventions
• Deliver voice, communication, language, and cognition interventions
