SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION: On-site position, during normal school hours (weekdays). 20-25 hours per week, part-time. Salary range $37.00-$40.00/hour (non-exempt). Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, hearing, and oral motor skills.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment goals.
• Provide engaging therapy sessions, both individual and group, to support speech and language development.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and an interdisciplinary team to create and adapt learning plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports within required timeframes.
• Offer guidance, training, and home programming for parents and caregivers to support skill carryover.
• Stay current with best practices in speech-language therapy and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture.
