Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year in Beach Park, IL. Position Details Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday Location: In-person, Beach Park Central Consolidated School District 3 Start Date: As soon as possible Service Area: Speech evaluations, therapy, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration
Requirements
- Illinois state SLP license
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in school or special education settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide treatment services
- Complete IEPs and related documentation
- Collaborate closely with special education teams
- Manage assigned caseload (discussed during interview)
