About The Position

Speech-Language Pathologist – Full Time Location: Ashland, MO Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ashland, MO . Position Summary The Speech-Language Pathologist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the communication and swallowing needs of each patient. Requirements

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Missouri (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (required)
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Nice To Haves

• Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy techniques and communication strategies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
