Full-Time Speech Therapist (SLP) Bethany at Silver Lake | Everett, WA $55-$65/hour | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule | Therapist-Owned Company Independence Rehab is hiring a Full-Time Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our team at Bethany at Silver Lake located in Everett, WA. Requirements
- Current Washington SLP license in good standing (CFY welcome, if applicable)
- Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys the geriatric population
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience preferred - but not required. New grads are welcome, and we provide structured training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Dysphagia evaluation and treatment
- Cognitive-linguistic therapy
- Speech/language assessment and treatment
- Treatment of clinically complex patients
- Discharge planning and care coordination
- Collaboration with nursing, OT, PT, and facility staff
