Requirements
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and resident-focused
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other rehab team members
- Document resident progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety
