About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. As the provider of inpatient therapy services for AdventHealth, TPS is part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, all working to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. The company invests in its clinicians through a Clinical Excellence Program, offering mentorship, advanced training and certifications, OCS preparation collaboratives, and an Orthopedic Residency Program. TPS treats every patient with personalized and skilled physical therapy services within a warm and welcoming environment. The caseload primarily consists of patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions, with all treatments being 1-on-1. TPS maintains a therapist-first mindset, valuing time in patient care, optimizing caseloads, and prioritizing professional growth. They collaborate extensively with AdventHealth colleagues, surgeons, and referral sources to guide personalized treatments. Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited SLP program
Active or pending state SLP license

Responsibilities

Care for patients, each other, and the community
Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care as part of a multidisciplinary team
Provide personalized and skilled physical therapy services
Treat patients with neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and musculoskeletal conditions
Maintain appropriate and optimal caseloads
Prioritize professional growth
Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach
Collaborate with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments
