Effective July 1, 2022 all Speech Language Pathologists will be 11-month employees of FCPS. Salary incentives are provided to those SLPs who are ASHA certified. Work Year Calendar 11-month position (208 days/ year), 7 hours per day For more information about employee benefits please go to: www.fcps.org/benefits Salary Teacher Salary Scale 11 Month Effective July 1, 2025: $67,665 - $123,062 Under the Fair Labor and Standards Act this position is exempt from overtime. Actual salary placement will be in accordance with the salary procedures of the Frederick County Public School System.
