Requirements

Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing and senior living settings
Professionalism, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset
Graduate of an accredited school with a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized, patient-centered treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance quality of life and function
Accurately document services per company and regulatory standards
