About The Position

Come work for a woman/SLP owned company who understands and VALUES SLP's. Boston Speech Therapy is excited to offer a flexible position for a Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor. In this part-time or full-time role, you will lead and supervise 1-2 Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and clinicians, ensuring excellence in service delivery for our clients. Additionally, you would be responsible to do evaluations as needed. This position provides an excellent opportunity to balance work and personal life while earning a competitive wage of $85 to $90 per hour. The position can be 3-5 days a week with later start times and earlier afternoons if desired. Your leadership will directly contribute to the quality of care provided to individuals with speech and language challenges, and you will play a vital role in the professional development of our SLPAs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, as well as a passion for mentoring and education.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
  • Strong communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly as either part-time or full-time based on the organization's needs.
  • Commitment to providing quality care and fostering collaboration among team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Speech Language Pathology Assistants in delivering effective therapy services.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of SLPAs and staff through ongoing feedback and development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in speech language therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide clinical evaluations and treatment planning when necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
