Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Nice To Haves

  • Home health experience preferred but not required
  • Medicare OASIS documentation experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
  • Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders
  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve functional outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Complete Medicare OASIS documentation as required
  • Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools
