About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Speech -Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary pediatric team supporting children with autism. This role offers a collaborative clinic -based environment, consistent caseloads, and flexibility for therapists seeking full -time or part -time work. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who values: Structured clinical support Consistent scheduling Collaboration with BCBAs and RBTs Optional travel between nearby clinics (not required)

Requirements

  • Active Virginia Speech -Language Pathology license
  • Master’s degree in Speech -Language Pathology
  • Experience with pediatric or autism populations preferred
  • Strong clinical documentation and time management skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an ABA clinical model
  • Must pass background check and credentialing

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish speaking is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric clients with autism
  • Conduct evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with ABA clinical leadership
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment goals
  • Document services and maintain accurate records
  • Provide caregiver education when appropriate
