About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in Lancaster, PA! (Caution: You will see the word "FLEXIBLE" multiple times in this description because this position is truly that!) Flexible Scheduling Options: Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. Work as little or as much as you'd like. We're looking for someone open to case build up to 5 hours/week! Flexible Hourly Compensation: $65–$75/hour (Rates are negotiable!) Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home! We have options across Lancaster/Lebanon County, PA areas. Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop! Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist, or license eligible
  • Certification: Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
  • Skills: Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Speech sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
  • Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
  • Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.
