About The Position

Kidzoola Therapy Center, a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Missoula, Montana, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time or part-time role. Requirements

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Montana (or ability to obtain)
Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete)
Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy

Nice To Haves

CCC-SLP preferred; CF candidates welcome
Pediatric experience preferred; strong mentorship available
Training in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, AAC, or other pediatric specialties

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations
Diagnose and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy
Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, medical providers, and interdisciplinary teammates
Complete documentation clearly and efficiently
Participate in team meetings and clinic collaboration
