We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for a flexible PRN, W2 role (not 1099) in San Jose, CA. This opportunity offers meaningful autonomy, strong clinical support, and the chance to provide high-impact, real-world care. Who We’re Looking For: An experienced SLP interested in serving as the primary therapist throughout the full episode of care from evaluation through discharge. Available for approximately 10–20 hours per week, typically serving 2–3 consistent clients. Passionate about functional, real-world rehabilitation delivered beyond traditional clinic walls. Ready to support clients as they transition back to meaningful daily activities, including: Independently managing and picking up prescriptions Returning to driving Transitioning back to work Participating in yoga, light hiking, and community activities A clinician who thrives with professional autonomy while valuing collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, LCSWs, and other rehabilitation professionals.
