More about our team: Phelps Health Outpatient Therapy Services located in Rolla Mo, is a full-service 18 bed rehabilitation center for pediatric patients, adolescents and adults, including physical, occupational and speech therapy. We serve Rolla, Waynesville and the surrounding communities in south-central Missouri. Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Licensed Speech Therapist
- Current licensure with State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
- Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
- Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
- Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
- Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
