We're is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a self-contained special education program serving students with low-incidence and profound disabilities. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting communication and language development for students with complex needs in a structured and nurturing environment. About the Role As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this specialized program, you will provide direct and consultative speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 25–30 students. These students may have significant communication challenges, including limited verbal ability, alternative communication needs, and multiple disabilities. You will play a vital role in helping each student access their education, develop functional communication skills, and enhance overall participation in daily classroom activities.
