Requirements
- A degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- A valid Iowa state license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- A collaborative spirit and passion for working with older adults.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in post-acute, rehab, or long-term care settings is helpful—but not required!
Responsibilities
- Develop personalized speech-language treatment plans that make a measurable difference.
- Implement innovative and engaging therapeutic strategies tailored to each resident’s goals.

- Complete essential documentation and support clinical excellence in every interaction.
