Requirements

  • Licensed SLP or CFY eligible
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to post-acute and long-term care residents
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Help patients improve communication and swallowing functions
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
  • Receive mentorship and support if you're a CFY candidate
