About The Position

Are you ready to make a life-changing impact in the world of Early Intervention in Reading, PA ? Cross Country Education is looking for two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team and help our youngest learners reach their full communication potential during their most critical developmental years for the '25–'26 school year! Position Overview: Provide high-quality speech and language therapy to preschool and daycare-aged children within natural environment settings, focused on evaluating and treating developmental communication delays. Work between designated sites to ensure consistent service delivery and collaboration with daycare staff and families. Maintain detailed clinical documentation and track student milestones to ensure compliance with specialized education plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Pennsylvania License in Speech-Language Pathology and a Department of Education (DOE) Certification
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) (Preferred)
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply!
• Prior experience in early intervention and working with the preschool population
