Cross Country Education is seeking two dedicated and dynamic Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) —both CCC-SLP and Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome—to join our specialized team serving pre-school and daycare children in the vibrant Reading, PA area for the 2025-2026 school year! Position Overview: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments for infants, toddlers, and pre-school-aged children to identify speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) focused on functional communication goals achieved. Partner closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate evidence-based therapy strategies into the child's daily routines. Maintain accurate documentation, including session notes and progress reports, while providing high-quality services across various daycare and pre-school settings.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Pennsylvania State Speech-Language Pathologist License and the PA Department of Education (DOE) Certificate for school-based practice
  • Clinical Fellows Welcome : Applicants who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques for infants and toddlers in diverse natural settings

Nice To Haves

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred
