Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant After-School Caseloads Available! Make a meaningful impact in children’s lives—without giving up your daytime schedule. We’re seeking a dedicated Pediatric SLPA to provide in-home therapy during after-school hours, supporting children as they build communication, language, and feeding skills in the environments where they live and learn. These are established, after-school caseloads ready to go, allowing you to step in confidently and start making a difference right away. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required
  • Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) required
  • A genuine passion for helping children and families reach their communication goals is essential

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Implement treatment plans to support each child’s speech, language, social communication, and feeding goals
  • Promote skill carryover by incorporating therapy strategies into daily routines and home environments
  • Monitor client progress and communicate updates with the supervising SLP
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy strategies at home
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including daily notes and progress updates
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, family-centered care
