Requirements

Passion for Pediatric Speech Therapy and a deep commitment to family-centered care
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across interdisciplinary teams and leadership

Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language therapy sessions within a supportive team setting.
Family-centered model to provide coaching and training to parents & caregivers.
Document progress effectively, ensuring efficient and impactful care.
Collaborate on projects with peers and the community that push the boundaries of pediatric therapy innovation.
