The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide specialized evaluation and treatment for patients with voice and swallowing disorders in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive voice assessments, delivering evidence-based therapy, and performing Modified Barium Swallow Studies (MBSS) to assess swallowing function. This role involves close collaboration with laryngologists and other multidisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans, optimize vocal health, and manage complex airway and swallowing conditions. Intermediate-level SLP with increased responsibilities and independence in assessing and treating speech and language disorders. Takes an active role in developing and implementing treatment plans, documentation, and collaboration.
