About The Position
Are you a Middle School Special Education Teacher ready to join a dynamic school team for the 2025–2026 academic year? This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their academic progress, emotional growth, and overall success within an inclusive learning environment. As a Special Education Teacher, you’ll provide direct instruction and targeted interventions to help students meet their individualized education goals. You’ll design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitor student progress, and adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs. Collaboration is central to this role—you’ll work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to create consistent supports that promote both engagement and independence.
Requirements
- Valid Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for inclusive, student-centered teaching
