About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and hands-on expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role involves designing, building, and deploying scalable cloud services, ensuring reliability, security, and automation across environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience with Terraform for IaC.
Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM, Big Query, Google Cloud Storage, Composer, Cloud Functions etc).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Understanding of cloud security principles, IAM roles and least privilege principles and best practices.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Google Cloud environments setup.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Stackdriver, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
Exposure to DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain Terraform modules for provisioning and managing GCP resources.
Develop and deploy cloud-native services on GCP, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Automate infrastructure workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and environment provisioning.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate infrastructure with application deployments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.
Understanding of Sentinel and Prisma tools for policies, procedures and remediation work efforts
Document architecture, processes, and operational guidelines.
